About this Event
Ain’t no reason to be sad you’re single around Valentine’s Day. You’re fierce! Come celebrate being single and fabulous at this event with an empowering playlist and we’ll be bringing some v-day surprises. We encourage both men and women to come and celebrate singledom.
Beer Fit Club was created to make fitness fun and accessible by hosting pop-up fitness classes at local breweries. Our founder and CEO, Sophia Del Gigante, created these events in the NY metro area to offer an incentive to get people to work out, and create a community of like-minded people. Our flagship class was Beer + Yoga and we were the first to add the pint to the practice. We’ve been featured on Insider Fitness, the cover of the Wall Street Journal, Fox & Friends, and more. Since then, we’ve grown, hosting classes in other cities throughout the country and creating more classes such as Brewery Bootcamp and Mindful Pintfull. If you love beer and care about your health, you’ve found your tribe, the #BeerFits. 🙂
What is included in my ticket? Your ticket includes 60 minutes of mindful exercise and the local pint of beer you’ll drink throughout the class.
What should I bring? Bring your own yoga mat! We may have extra, but it’s not guaranteed.
