Shake Your Brew Thang – Dirty Dancing Edition
February 16 @ 10:45 am - 12:00 pm$30
Shake Your Brew Thang is back and better than ever… why? DIRTY DANCING! I mean come on, guys?! Be Baby for the day, break out your Keds kicks, and shake your brew thang at Great South Bay with the BFC. We’ll be dancing and then having a pint of Great South Bay beer! Nobody puts Baby in the corner!
This ain’t your mama’s Zumba class. Beer Fit Club is debuting our new dance fitness event, “Shake Your Brew Thing”. Shake your glASS off. You’ve done Beer + Yoga, Brewery Bootcamp, Booty Beercamp, and Mindful Pintfull with us and we’re bringing you this new event.
Think of this as a dance party with a side of fitness at your favorite breweries.
Will we be drinking while we dance? We’ll be drinking after class for this one. We don’t want you to spill your pint.
Is this a hard class? Just like all of our fitness classes we make them accessible for everyone from Elaine of Seinfeld to Shakira level dance moves.
What should I bring? We recommend you wear workout attire, sneakers, and some water.
How Can I Get There?
No car? The brewery is a short Uber ride from the LIRR.
Driving? The brewery is right off of Fifth Ave on Drexel Drive and there is a storage area and a Chase on the corner.
