Our Booty Beercamp is Booty Meadcamp for this Leap Day event at WA Meadwerks. Have you heard of Mead? Well, simply put, mead is honey wine. At WA Meadwerks they have some lower ABV meads you would expect to see in a beer and some that are comparable to wine. They have amazing flavors and can be sweet or dry like wine. So a beer or wine drinker will both find something they love.

Work your lower body and especially your booty with this workout with mead in hand. Want one of those Kardashi-asses? This workout class uses resistance bands and body weight exercises to help burn your buns, build strong legs, and tighten your core.

What is included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes 60 minutes of mindful exercise and the local pint of beer you’ll drink throughout the class.

What should I bring?

Bring your own yoga mat! We may have extra, but it’s not guaranteed.

How Can I Get There?

No car? The brewery is a short walk from Lindenhurst Train Station.

Driving? Take Sunrise to Wellwood Ave. South. Continue straight onto Wellwood Ave. Turn right onto Hoffman Ave. The Meadery will be on the right.
