Pre-Turkey Burn Yoga with Beer at Hale’s Ales
November 21, 2018 @ 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm
$25After a fantastic first stretch-n-sip, BFC is back to Hale’s Ales for ROUND TWO. This time, we’ll detox before we retox, Thanksgiving style. You don’t have to work tomorrow, so start this holiday right: with an invigorating 60 minutes of beginner friendly and athletic yoga, with beers in hand. The class will be taught by your local beer-n-yoga aficionado, Emily. Join her afterward for a couple tacos (and more beer) in the warm Hale’s pub with your new, uber-flexible friends. That’s what holidays are about, right? Booze, friends, and, this year, yoga.
Bring a canned good donation to get 10% your next class with us. Donations will go to Mary’s Place Seattle.
