Pre-Turkey Burn Yoga with Beer at Hale’s Ales
November 21, 2018 @ 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm$25
After a fantastic first stretch-n-sip, BFC is back to Hale’s Ales for ROUND TWO. This time, we’ll detox before we retox, Thanksgiving style. You don’t have to work tomorrow, so start this holiday right: with an invigorating 60 minutes of beginner friendly and athletic yoga, with beers in hand. The class will be taught by your local beer-n-yoga aficionado, Emily. Join her afterward for a couple tacos (and more beer) in the warm Hale’s pub with your new, uber-flexible friends. That’s what holidays are about, right? Booze, friends, and, this year, yoga.
Bring a canned good donation to get 10% your next class with us. Donations will go to Mary’s Place Seattle.
Can I Do This Yoga Class With No Experience?
Yes, yes and YES! This class welcomes beginners with open arms! From totally inflexible to a yoga rock star- you’ll enjoy this class!
What Kind of Yoga Class Is This?
You can expect a vinyasa flow class from our District Manager and Resident Yogi, Emily. You’re going to love her approachable and playful flow!
What Else Do I Get With My Ticket?
I’m glad you asked! No “Beer + Yoga” event would be complete without a beer! So you get a full hour of yoga + a full pint of Hale’s Beer!!
What Should I Bring?
Bring your own yoga mat, we won’t be providing any. Oh and bring yourself!
