How Can I Get There?
No car? Visiting Altstadt on foot is the best idea! From the North, you can walk along 1st Avenue past Pike Market. From the South, follow 1st past the stadiums. It’s also just near Seattle Ferry Terminal, for access on foot, bicycle, or via car.
Driving? Altstadt is located in Seattle’s historic Pioneer Square neighborhood, on the West side of the street. Exit Highway 99 on Yesler Way; turn right onto 1st. Parking can be difficult in the area; plan to pay for a spot on the street or in a lot. It’s located just near Seattle’s ferry terminal, which transports on foot and by vehicle.
