Mindfulness is all the rage right now. Have you wondered why so many people have made it a part of their daily routine? We’re here to make mindfulness accessible and fun, as we’ve done with yoga, and we’re bringing it to one of our favorite brewery partners, 1940s Brewing Company in Holbrook.

A little about mindfulness

From fortune 500 CEOs and celebrities, and even your next door neighbor have all dabbled in mindful meditation. Mindfulness means being present at the moment, focusing on your breath, your environment, and noticing any thoughts that come up. Over time this practice can reduce stress, increase focus, help with your overall wellness and even your physical wellness since body and mind are so closely linked. How long is this meditation?

This meditation class will be 30 minutes durung the work week to help you with your stress.

How will this meditation differ from other classes I’ve been to?

This class will be at a brewery, so it will be an unlikely location for a class, but you will have a chance to relax during and after class with the added benefit of a pint of beer!

I am new to meditation, will this class work for me?

We’re here to make your transition into mindfulness fun and there’s no judgement with us. You are free to come and go as needed without disturbing others.

Is this gonna be weird and ultra spiritual?

Absolutely not, just like our yoga classes, this is designed to be a fun and relaxing experience for everyone. There will be no chanting or sandskrit involved. 😉

What should I bring?

We suggest you bring a yoga mat or towel to sit comfortably on the ground.

What do I get with my ticket?
