Resolution Solution Beer + Yoga
January 6, 2019 @ 10:30 am - 10:45 am$20
You’ve got a resolution, we’ve got the solution. Ease into your new year’s fitness routine with a fitness class you’ll love, Beer + Yoga. This is our first time at Moustache and we’re very excited to partner with them. We’ve been fans of their Blueberry Ginger Tripel, Seasonal Creep, Winter Coat, and Mojito Pale Ale. We love the variety of beer they offer and we love that one of the owners is a woman. So lose the excuses, and start the year with Beer + Yoga.
Originating in the west coast, Beer Yoga, has swept all over the country, but no one else has made drinking beer part of the class- until now! We’ve designed a fun and approachable yoga class that incorporates a pint of local beer into the practice. From “Drunken Warrior” to “Earn Your Beer” pose, you’ll be challenged not just to keep your balance, but not to spill a drop!
Can I Do This Yoga Class With No Experience?
Yes, yes and YES! This class welcomes beginners with open arms! From totally inflexible to a yoga rock star- you’ll enjoy this class!
What Kind of Yoga Class Is This?
Rose, our Chief Yoga Officer, has a vinyasa flow style of yoga. She will be doing some serious toning to start the New Year right!
What Else Do I Get With My Ticket?
I’m glad you asked! No Beer + Yoga event would be complete without a beer! So you get a full hour of yoga + a full pint of Moustache Brewing Company’s Beer!!
What Should I Bring?
Bring your own yoga mat, we won’t be providing any. Oh and bring yourself!
How Can I Get There?
No car? The brewery is literally right next to the train tracks of the Riverhead LIRR. So if you don’t wanna drive, you’ve got a very convenient option.
Driving? Take the LIE to exit 71, Turn Right onto 24 S and take the traffic circle to Center Drive. Slight Right on Court Street, Left onto Osborn, Right onto Lincoln and Right onto Hallet Ave. The brewery is on the left side of the street.
