What is included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes 60 minutes of mindful exercise and the local pint of beer you’ll drink throughout the class.

What should I bring?

Bring your own yoga mat! We may have extra, but it’s not guaranteed.

No car? The brewery is a short uber ride from Huntington Train Station.

Driving? Take the Northern State Pkwy to Exit 42N. Continue straight onto Park Ave. Turn left onto Sabbath Day Path. Turn right onto Madison St. Turn right onto Prime Ave. Turn left at the 1st cross street onto New York Ave
