Beer + Yoga Hosted by Po’ Boy Brewery
June 11, 2017 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm$20
This is our very first time at Po’ Boy Brewery. Sophia, our CEO, has known the brewer over at Po’ Boy before they even found a space to open. He’s an award winning home brewer turned commercial brewer and he also makes the BEST hard ciders you’ll ever taste. If you’ve ever wanted to try an event and aren’t sure you would like beer, this is the event for you. Also perfect for those that are Gluten Free!
Originating in the west coast, Beer and Yoga, has swept all over the country, but no one else has made drinking beer part of the class- until now! We’ve designed a fun and approachable yoga class that incorporates drinking your beer into our poses. From “Drunken Warrior” to “Earn Your Beer” pose, you’ll be challenged not just to keep your balance, but not to spill a drop!
Can I Do This Yoga Class With No Experience?
Yes, yes and YES! This class welcomes beginners with open arms! From totally inflexible to a yoga rock star- you’ll enjoy this class!
What Kinda Of Yoga Class Is This?
Jessica, a new addition to our family, has a flow style of yoga. She’s incorporated beer into some of the best yoga poses you already know… Drunken warrior anyone?
What Else Do I Get With My Ticket?
I’m glad you asked! No Beer + Yoga event would be complete without a beer! You’ll get a pint of Po’ Boy beer to drink with class.
What Should I Bring?
Bring your own yoga mat, we may have extra, but not guaranteed. Oh and bring yourself!
