Beer + Yoga, Hosted By Katie’s of Smithtown
May 20, 2017 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
$20Namaste At The Bar!
We’ve done Beer + Yoga at only breweries at this point, but now we’re coming to bars! But that doesn’t mean our mission of supporting local craft beer goes away… in fact we require the bar to have at least 4 taps of local beer for us. So we are supporting local beer in a a whole new way.
Our very first Beer + Yoga bar event is at Katie’s of Smithtown. You may have heard of it… because it’s ummm haunted.
Originating in the west coast, Beer and Yoga, has swept all over the country, but no one else has made drinking beer part of the class- until now! We’ve designed a fun and approachable yoga class that incorporates drinking your beer into our poses. From “Drunken Warrior” to “Earn Your Beer” pose, you’ll be challenged not just to keep your balance, but not to spill a drop!
