Beer with Yoga at Old Stove Brewing Company
November 11, 2018 @ 8:45 am - 10:00 am$20
Join the Beer Fit Club for our *official* Seattle launch party! Maybe you’ve taken a “beer + yoga” before, where you get stretched and the sip. Here at BFC, we follow a different timeline: We sip WHILE we stretch! Our instructors lead fun and approachable yoga classes that incorporate drinking beer into poses. From “Drunken Warrior” to “Earn Your Beer” pose, you’ll be challenged not just to keep your balance, but not to spill a drop!
Our host, Old Stove Brewing, is located just below Seattle’s iconic Pike Place Market, a 110-year-old Farmer’s Market with breathtaking views of Elliott Bay. We’ll practice yoga in front of floor-to-ceiling windows that face water on one side and mash tuns on the other. Enjoy a wide array of delicious house brews, including Washington Gold Award Winners. Old Stove has graciously offered us a 10% discount off their locally-sourced, super fresh food menu, too.
Can I Do This Yoga Class With No Experience?
Yes, yes and YES! This class welcomes beginners with open arms! This class is fine for those totally inflexible to yoga rock stars.
What Kind of Yoga Class Is This?
This Power Vinyasa Flow class is led by our District Manager and Resident Yoga Instructor, Emily. You’re going to love her approachable, challenging, and playful flow!
What Else Do I Get With My Ticket?
You’ll get a full hour of yoga + a full pint of Old Stove Brewing Company’s Beer! And, a 10% discount on your food and drink bill after.
What Should I Bring?
Bring your yoga mat, we’ll only have a few on-hand. You may get sweaty, so bring layers to put on when the class is done.
How Can I Get There?
Follow the road in front of Pike Market’s main entrance (Pike Place) to the right / North. Take a sharp left at the junction, going downhill toward the water. You’ll see signs for Old Stove on your right.
