Beer with Yoga at Old Stove Brewing Company
November 11, 2018 @ 8:45 am - 10:00 am
$20Join the Beer Fit Club for our *official* Seattle launch party! Maybe you’ve taken a “beer + yoga” before, where you get stretched and the sip. Here at BFC, we follow a different timeline: We sip WHILE we stretch! Our instructors lead fun and approachable yoga classes that incorporate drinking beer into poses. From “Drunken Warrior” to “Earn Your Beer” pose, you’ll be challenged not just to keep your balance, but not to spill a drop!
Our host, Old Stove Brewing, is located just below Seattle’s iconic Pike Place Market, a 110-year-old Farmer’s Market with breathtaking views of Elliott Bay. We’ll practice yoga in front of floor-to-ceiling windows that face water on one side and mash tuns on the other. Enjoy a wide array of delicious house brews, including Washington Gold Award Winners. Old Stove has graciously offered us a 10% discount off their locally-sourced, super fresh food menu, too.
