Join Beer Fit Club at Obec for Pretty in Pink Yoga with Beer at Obec Brewing! What better way to poke fun at Valentines Day than with an 80’s inspired yoga session, beer-in-hand? Don that pink one-piece leotard and your coolest sweatband, then hop over to Ballard for a heart-pumping Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga Session. Like all Beer Fit Club events, your balance will be challenged: we drink beer AND do yoga at the same time!
Obec Brewing is known in Seattle for their European-style beers. Obec (think “oh-betz”) is the Czech word for “community” and the core concept behind Obec Brewing is building a community around beer: whether meeting friends and playing games over pints in the taproom, sharing growlers of beer and lively conversation at a backyard BBQ, or contributing to community causes. The taproom pumps out everything from Czech lagers, including the always popular Czech Pils, to English Ales, Rye IPAs, and Belgian-style beers. This small 10-barrel brewery is owned by husband/wife duo, Wayne and Stacey Jehlik and partner Brian Gill.
