Live Virtual Class

We’re moving the party to Zoom. We tried Facebook live but it just wasn’t the interactive experience we all have come to love. With Zoom we’ll be able to virtual cheers and high five one another.

Check-In at 12 pm. Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins.

If you don’t already have the Zoom app on your computer or phone, please download it for the best experience.

Make sure you are in a quiet space. If you have a lot of ambient noise in the area please mute yourself in the lower left-hand corner. You will be automatically muted at the beginning of class to avoid any issues. If you need to ask a question please raise your hand.

Grab your beverage and mat before we get started.

You can view by speaker (person speaking) or view a grid of all people. We recommend using the speaker view to make the instructor your primary focus.

After class there will be a short happy hour. Feel free to un-mute at that time by clicking the microphone on the lower left-hand side of the window.
