Originating in the west coast, Beer and Yoga has swept all over the country! Sophia, Founder, and CEO of Beer Fit Club, wanted to bring the fun to the east coast. Our mission is to bring you a fun and accessible fitness experience while promoting the rich craft beer culture of your local area. That’s why we travel from brewery to brewery (and the occasional craft beer bar) every month so you can taste your way around NY!
