It’s our mission to provide you with the world’s most fun fitness events and we’re making another dream of yours come true. It’s not just Beer + Yoga, it’s Beer + Yoga + Tacos or the world’s greatest event EVER! We’ll be at Great South Bay for this killer event so we’ll have plenty of space to fit all of you taco lovers and we’re working with one of the best food trucks on Long Island, the Eat Me Drink Me truck! If you’ve never had their food, here’s a hint they ROCK. They use the best ingredients possible and their head chef and owner is a stickler for culinary perfection. They also happen to have 4.5 stars on Yelp… so there’s your proof. 

Your ticket covers our hour-long signature Beer + Yoga class, a pint of beer for class, as well as a boxed taco meal from the Eat Me Drink Me truck. Tacos are served after class.

The boxed taco lunch includes 2 tacos, tortilla chips, and handmade salsa.

About Beer Fit Club

Beer Fit Club was created to make fitness fun and accessible by hosting pop-up fitness classes at local breweries. Our founder and CEO, Sophia Del Gigante, created these events in the NY metro area to offer an incentive to get people to work out, and create a community of like-minded people. Our flagship class was Beer + Yoga and we were the first to add the pint to the practice. We’ve been featured on Insider Fitness, the cover of the Wall Street Journal, Fox & Friends, and more. Since then, we’ve grown, hosting classes in other cities throughout the country and creating more classes such as Brewery Bootcamp and Mindful Pintfull. FAQ

Can I do this class with no experience?

Yes, yes and YES! Whether you’re new to drinking beer or to drinking beer while working out, we welcome beginners from every side of the tracks.

What is included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes 60 minutes of mindful exercise and the local pint of beer you’ll drink throughout the class.

What should I bring?

Bring your own yoga mat! We may have extra, but it’s not guaranteed.

No car? The brewery is only about 3 miles from the Bayshore Train Station.

Driving? GSB is conveniently located on Drexel Drive right off of 5th Avenue in Bayshore. You can easily get to the brewery from both Sunrise and the Southern State.

By purchasing this ticket, I confirm that I am at least 21 years of age.
