Beer + Yoga, Hosted by Interboro Spirits and Ales
July 16, 2017 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm
Namaste At The Brewery!
Interboro Spirits and Ales is one of the most buzzed about (pun intended) breweries to open in Brooklyn. Their most known for their Mad Fat Fluid IPA and their beautiful can art. What many may not known is that Interboro is owned and run by a woman! (Girl Power!) It’s a pretty small space so tickets will fly fast. Make sure to grab yours today!
Originating in the west coast, Beer and Yoga, has swept all over the country, but no one else has made drinking beer part of the class- until now! We’ve designed a fun and approachable yoga class that incorporates drinking your beer into our poses. From “Drunken Warrior” to “Earn Your Beer” pose, you’ll be challenged not just to keep your balance, but not to spill a drop!
Can I Do This Yoga Class With No Experience?
Yes, yes and YES! This class welcomes beginners with open arms! From totally inflexible to a yoga rock star- you’ll enjoy this class!
What Kinda Of Yoga Class Is This?
Jessica, our new yoga instructor, has a flow style of yoga. She’s incorporated beer into some of the best yoga poses you already know… Drunken warrior anyone?
What Else Do I Get With My Ticket?
I’m glad you asked! No Beer + Yoga event would be complete without a beer! You’ll get a pint of Interboro beer to drink with class.
What Should I Bring?
Bring your own yoga mat, we may have extra, but not guaranteed. Oh and bring yourself!
