Beer + Yoga Hosted By Bridge and Tunnel
June 25, 2017 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
This is our first time at Bridge and Tunnel in Queens. Rich, the brewer and owner, has been a home brewer for years before opening his doors to Bridge and Tunnel. All of his beers have a story behind them. The beer is for anyone, from craft beginner to Cicerone! Working a FT job himself still, so he keeps the prices of his beer low ensuring anyone can enjoy it.
Originating in the west coast, Beer and Yoga, has swept all over the country, but no one else has made drinking beer part of the class- until now! We’ve designed a fun and approachable yoga class that incorporates drinking your beer into our poses. From “Drunken Warrior” to “Earn Your Beer” pose, you’ll be challenged not just to keep your balance, but not to spill a drop!
Can I Do This Yoga Class With No Experience?
Yes, yes and YES! This class welcomes beginners with open arms! From totally inflexible to a yoga rock star- you’ll enjoy this class!
What Kinda Of Yoga Class Is This?
Rose, our Chief Yoga Officer, has a flow style of yoga. She’s incorporated beer into some of the best yoga poses you already know… Drunken warrior anyone?
What Else Do I Get With My Ticket?
I’m glad you asked! No Beer + Yoga event would be complete without a beer! You’ll get a pint of Bridge and Tunnel beer to drink with class.
What Should I Bring?
Bring your own yoga mat, we may have extra, but not guaranteed. Oh and bring yourself!
