Beer Fit Club was created to make fitness fun and accessible by hosting pop-up fitness classes at local breweries. Our founder and CEO, Sophia Del Gigante, created these events in the NY metro area to offer an incentive to get people to work out, and create a community of like-minded people. Our flagship class was Beer + Yoga and we were the first to add the pint to the practice. We’ve been featured on Insider Fitness, the cover of the Wall Street Journal, Fox & Friends, and more. Since then, we’ve grown, hosting classes in other cities throughout the country and creating more classes such as Brewery Bootcamp and Mindful Pintfull. Can I do this class with no experience?

Yes, yes and YES! Whether you’re new to drinking beer or to drinking beer while working out, we welcome beginners from every side of the tracks.

What is included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes 60 minutes of mindful exercise and the pint of beer you’ll drink throughout the class.

What should I bring?

Bring your own yoga mat! We may have extra, but it’s not guaranteed.

By purchasing this ticket, I confirm that I am at least 21 years of age.
