It’s the most wonderful time of the year. Time for Ugly Sweater Beer + Yoga at Great South Bay! This is our third year in a row doing this event. So come armed with you most ugly sweater. Ugliest sweater gets you an extra beer. We will also be donating a portion of the profits to the Alzheimer’s Association in the name of our COO, Kelsey’s, departed father. See you there!

Can I Do This Yoga Class With No Experience?

Yes, yes and YES! This class welcomes beginners with open arms! From totally inflexible to a yoga rock star- you’ll enjoy this class!

What Kinda Of Yoga Class Is This?

Rose, our Chief Yoga Officer, has a vinyasa flow style of yoga. She will be doing some serious toning and we’re gonna be jamming to some fun Halloween music.

What Else Do I Get With My Ticket?

I’m glad you asked! No “Beer + Yoga” event would be complete without a beer! So you get a full hour of yoga + a full pint of Great South Bay Brewery’s Beer!!

What Should I Bring?

Bring your own yoga mat, we won’t be providing any.  Oh and bring yourself!

How Can I Get There?

No car? The brewery is only about 3 miles from the Bayshore Train Station.

Driving? GSB is conveniently located on Drexel Drive right off of 5th Avenue in Bayshore. You can easily get to the brewery from both Sunrise and the Southern State.
