We have designed a fun and approachable yoga class that incorporates drinking your beer into our poses. But now we’re taking on cocktails! From “Drunken Warrior” to “Earn Your Drink” pose, you’ll be challenged not just to keep your balance, but not to spill a drop!

What Kinda Of Yoga Class Is This?

Rose, our favorite instructor, has a flow style of yoga. She has developed a flow style that includes beer drinking as part of the yoga. From Drunken Warrior to Earn Your Beer Pose, you will be challenged and amused. You’ll also have the incentive not to spill a drop.

What Else Do I Get With My Ticket?

I’m glad you asked! No “Cocktails + Yoga” event would be complete without a cocktail! So you get a full hour of yoga + a Industry City cocktail!! Feel free to stick around for more drinks with us afterwards.

But wait… there’s more! We’ll also have some awesome music for you to yoga to!

What Should I Bring?

Bring your own yoga mat, we won’t be providing any. Oh and bring yourself!

How Can I Get There?

No car? You can take the Q54, 55 or 56 bus to the brewery, you can also take the D train to 36th St., walk .3 miles to the brewery.

Driving? Wartega Brewery is easy to get to from the Gowanus Parkway (I-278), exit 23.
