Namaste At The Brewery!

Finally we’re having an event at Barrage Brewery. I’ve been a fan of Steve’s beer for years (they just celebrated their thirs anniversary)! They were so small and they just grew their space so we are able to have an event there, hooray. So what I love about Steve is that everyone is trying to out do one another in IPA’s, but Steve had gone in the opposite direction and he does make the BEST dessert beers on Long Island and maybe NY overall. His Yada Yada Yada (named after Seinfeld for a Seinfeld Beer Dinner) is literally made with shit tons of fun size Snickers…. are you excited yet?!

Originating in the west coast, Beer and Yoga, has swept all over the country! We wanted to bring the fun to the east coast. Our mission is to bring you a fun and accessible fitness experience while promoting the rich craft beer culture of NY. So we travel from brewery every month so you can taste your way around NY!

Can I Do This Yoga Class With No Experience?

Yes, yes and YES! This class welcomes beginners with open arms! From totally inflexible to a yoga rock star- you’ll enjoy this class!

What Kinda Of Yoga Class Is This?

Rose, our Chief Yoga Officer, has a flow style of yoga. She adds the beer into some classic poses you already know… “Drunken Warrior” anyone?!

What Else Do I Get With My Ticket?

I’m glad you asked! No “Beer + Yoga” event would be complete without a beer! So you get a full hour of yoga + a full pint of Barrage Beer!!

What Should I Bring?

Bring your own yoga mat, we won’t be providing any. The class will be outside of the brewery in the mall square, so you will definitely need a mat. Oh and bring yourself!

How Can I Get There?

No car? The brewery is only about 3 miles from the Farmingdale Train Station.

Driving? Barrage Brewing is conveniently located on Allen Blvd. off of Rt. 110, not far from 109 and the Southern State. You can easily get to the brewery from both the LIE and Southern State.
